A credit card is required to book all appointments online.* We request a 24 hour minimum notice for all appointment cancellations. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service cost at a minimum of $25 for no show appointments and non emergency cancellations.

*Deposits are required when booking any color, chemical, or extension service online. The deposit will then be applied to your service total at checkout. Appointments require a 24hr cancellation or reschedule in order to keep your deposit.

Please contact the salon via phone to cancel or reschedule as early as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide your full service. If you are running late, please call the salon and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please keep in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We accept all debit and credit cards, as well as cash payment. Apple and Google Pay are also accepted.

Gratuity is left up to the discretion of our clients. Tip on card is available.

At Macdaddy Salon, we pride ourselves on giving the best service and experience possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact the salon and let us know. We will gladly do our best to adjust any cut or color within two weeks of your original appointment at no additional cost. No refunds will be given for services that have been provided.

Open or used products may be exchanged for an equal or lesser value. We do not accept returns or give refunds.

Our stylists undergo an extensive training program and are provided with ongoing education. Each stylist’s service prices reflect their experience level, expertise, and demand of their services. Prices may increase occasionally.

Pricing
